1. Bird watcher Sally Most and her husband traveled hundreds of miles from Fairmount, Indiana, to Saline, Michigan, just to photograph a roseate spoonbill, normally only seen in the Gulf Coast region. 2. The Ice Cream Lab pop-up in Abu Dhabi's Yas Mall had a whopping 1,001 flavors of ice cream on display, including granola & cherry, pretzel & honey, and Unicorn Froot Loops & apple. 3. In July 2021, Johan Groteboer of Rijssen, Netherlands, gracefully backed up an 82-foot-long set of double trailers to drop a tea bag into a glass of hot water. 4. There are possibly dozens of saltwater lakes beneath the ice of Mars' south pole.
