Daniele Barresi of Sydney, Australia, carves avocados into intricate sculptures that are almost too beautiful to eat! He has to work fast, as the fleshy pulp quickly oxidizes and turns brown. Barresi also carves soap, melons, vegetables, and cheese! 3. Benihana was founded by an amateur wrestler, Hiroaki Aoki - DJ Steve Aoki's father!
