At the center of Tara Reade’s sexual assault allegation against former Vice President Joe Biden is a complaint she says she filed with a personnel office on Capitol Hill around the time of the alleged incident in the early 1990s. Reade says she doesn’t have a copy of the document and doesn’t remember where and to whom, specifically, she filed it.
